STEP 1
Cut cucumbers lengthwise and using a teaspoon, scoop out the seeds and discard. Grate the cucumber and then using your hands, squeeze hard to remove the excess liquid.


STEP 2

Combine the grated cucumber with yogurt, garlic, dill, salt and season with black pepper. Spoon into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
