Tandoori Chicken Burgers with Cucumber Raita

To make Raita, combine Farmers Union European Pot Set Natural Yogurt with cucumber, salt and 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
Combine lettuce and carrot together.
Mix chicken mince, spring onion and tandoori paste together with your hand until well combined and form into 4 large oval shaped burgers. Cook burgers in an oiled pan for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Fill toasted buns with sliced tomato, salad, chicken burgers and a generous dollop of Cucumber Raita.
Add a little chopped chilli to the Raita to spice it up. Substitute chicken mince with beef, lamb or pork mince. Substitute satay sauce for tandoori paste and chopped pineapple for cucumber to make Satay Chicken Burgers with Pineapple Yogurt.
