Coarsely grate the apple. Mix the grated apple, rolled oats, almonds, apple juice, lemon juice, yoghurt, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
Serve the bircher muesli in bowls or jars.
Garnish with extra yoghurt, fruit, almonds & honey or syrup of your choice.
