If you’re ever in the mood for a delicious Mexican feast, we have just the recipe for you. Hailing from the Baja Peninsula, our Mexican fish taco recipe is the perfect meal for a summer’s day. These tacos are loaded with fresh and yummy toppings such as chopped cabbage, pickled onion and our creamy Farmers Union Greek Style Yogurt! There’s nothing quite like it.

STEP 1
To get started on this Mexican Tacos recipe, place the fish on a plate and coat with spice mix. Set aside.
Mix vinegar with sugar, add onions and allow to pickle for 30 minutes or so.
STEP 2
Heat oil in a large frypan over high heat and fry fish for a few minutes on each side until just cooked.
STEP 3
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or directly over a gas flame until slightly charred around the edges.
Assemble the tacos with shredded cabbage, pickled onions, spiced flathead and dollop with yogurt.
