Method

STEP 1
Heat a char-grill pan over medium – high heat. Spray corn with cooking oil spray and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly, until corn is charred and tender.


STEP 2

Combine yoghurt, miso paste and lime juice. Season to taste. Serve charred corn with miso yoghurt.

Tips

White miso paste is available in the Asian section of your supermarket. This yogurt is also delicious served over steamed corn or other steamed green vegetables.
